I'm Japanese and would like to confirm if Brilliant Windows accepts international orders from Japan.

Thank you for your interest in purchasing from Detroit Sponge.
Currently, for international orders, the procedure would be for you to enter the order on the site, selecting "request for quote" as method of payment. We will then prepare the shipment and provide an accurate quote to you, including delivery charges. At that time, you can decide if you would like to agree to the charges and provide payment method of visa, mastercard, americanexpress, or discovercard. The order would then ship out to you via the carrier that was quoted.
Shipment would be by either UPS, Fed Ex, or Postal.

hello detroit sponge,i am about to take off window cleaning in Ghana and had your site recommended to me.but so far,all attempts to create an account with you has proved futile since i dont have a USA based address.please help me.

hi,thanks for your reply.but before i could get to select the request for quote payment type,i am being requested to provide my USA address which i dont have.after shopping on the site,i cant go past the contact details to payment.may be you should school me. |
